Markaz Daarul Athariyyah is dedicated to promoting pristine Islamic education and scholarship among Muslim women and children. We help you gain the knowledge needed to perform acts of worship as prescribed by the Sharī'ah, focusing on the convenience and progress of each student. About the Lead Tutor and Instructor
She has completed her Hifdh of the Qur'ān and currently studying the science of Qirā'āt with sanad in 3 at the moment.
A graduate from an Islamic online university, she holds two diplomas in the science of Qur'ān, a certificate in the science of Sharī'ah and a graduate of the Shinqītī Academy.
She studied and benefitted immensely from Ustādhah Gnei Zahara Ahamath, Ustādhah Zahīrah Zarwāl and she is still studying, Alhamdulillāh.
She is well qualified to teach, Bi'idhnillāh, as she holds a teacher's training certificate, a certificate in Psychology and Teaching Methodology (NCAET), certificate in student counseling (NCAET) and over 7 years of teaching experience.
She is certified with Ijāzah to teach the basic texts for beginners like Al-Qā'idatul Madaniyyah, Nūrul Bayān, Tajwīd Rules of the Qur'ān (by Ustādhah Kareema Czerepinski) and a certification from the prestigious Furqan Centre in Jeddah for Al-Qāidatu Nūrāniyyah.
Ruqayyah Zakariyya Ahuoyiza, Umm Amatir-Rahmaan, is the lead tutor and instructor at Markaz Daarul Athariyyah. A Nigerian by nationality, she has a rich background in Islamic education. Born and raised in Nigeria, she began her quest for Islamic knowledge in Kogi State and she continued her studies in Kwara State where she studied for 4 years while also studying for a Bachelor of Science degree in the University of Ilorin.
By the permission of Allāh, she has received multiple Ijāzāt in different texts and fields and these include Tuhfatul Atfāl, Jazariyyah, Khāqāniyyah, Salsabīl Ash-Shāfī, At-Tibyān Fī Ādāb Hamlat Al-Qur'ān, Akhlāq Hamlat Al-Qur'ān, Mandhūmat Az-Zamzamī, As-Sirāj Fī Bayān Gharīb Al-Qur'ān, Ad-Dabtu Bi Taq'īd and several other text in the science of Tajwīd and Qur'ān.
Ijāzah in Usūl Ath-Thalātha, Usūl As-Sittah, Lum'atil I'tiqād, Mandhūmah Lāmiyyah and several other text in Aqīdah.
Ijāzah in Matn and Nadhmu Al-Ājurumiyyah, Mi'atu Ma'ānī Wal Bayān, Qatrun Nada, Lāmiyat Al-Af'āl, Al-Jawharil Maknūn and other text in the science of Arabic.
Ijāzah in Arba'ūn An-Nawawī, Umdatul Ahkām, Bulūghul Marām, Al-Urjūzah Al-Mī'iyyah, Al-Urjūzah As-Saghīrah, Dhāt Ash-Shifā and other text in Hadīth and Sīrah.
Ruqayyah is passionate about spreading beneficial knowledge, especially among women, as they make up half of the society and they nurture the other half.
